Reliance Customer Care , I hate you more than ) without their consent the balance in their account is been deducted by activating value added services. Unfortunatly most of the illetrates are using mobile with this service provider what about them. And every time we call to their customercare they keep on hold for long time and disconnect the line. And fortunately when we get to speak to the costomer support executive they are least concerned about their customers and give unacceptable reasons for the deductions.
Kindly interven in to the issue and get some strong regulations which can stop their fraud with cusomers.

I have reliance perpaid GSM connection with mobile number +919014498936 and using it since 4 years. Whenever there is balance in my account you were deducting it for some or the subcriptions. When I found this I stoped using this number. And recently I started using this number again and yesterday I recharged with Rs.50 and today you have deducted Rs.30 for some LOVECHARM Subscription without my consent.And when I called your customercare number they keping me on hold for long time disconnecting the call. Kindly interven and reimburse the amount deducted as soon as possible. And give me resason why you have deducted my balance without my permission.

i have recharge 599 but can’t get benefits of reliance to reliance free.when ever we contact to customer care they cant solve the problems
so i think they are making fool to us
if some one have free time they can get a reliance connection and get angaged with customer care .i have a bad experiance about rim
can some one help me otherwise think to shift another service provider
