Pan American…think before you go there!!

Pan American, Queens,
New York.  Book your dates with this hotel; arrive there
only to discover the reception has no information of your visit n stay.  Keep waiting and contact your travel agency. Wait
more for a couple of hours.  When you
actually get frustrated, they do give you a room which has a key that would not
work and they insist that you go down to the reception to claim a new set of
keys or to borrow some soap bar or even request room service!! Luckily for us,
we checked out immediately and got another hotel in Manhattan , the heart of sky scrapers.  A posh I POD room, neat and clean where room
service was pretty much active!!

Anyways, when you come back home, you realize that you have
to get after them to get the money back which was charged to you in the name of
ONLINE ADVANCED BOOKING!! 

We have stayed in a lot of hotels, all grades , but none
could match the level of customer service that Pan American offered to people
who would swear never to return. If you are still reading go on the net and you
discover that the chain has indeed invested a lot of self-publicity and
marketing (which they should do) but can someone tell them, what they SHOULD do
is to keep their guests happy!! are we not talking about hospitality industry
here????
